What you will do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Facilities Support
Build and maintain effective relationships with building management, maintenance companies, and other facilities-vendors
Respond immediately and resolve any facilities maintenance needs that arise
Assist with creating efficient space utilization plans, including team move planning, furniture needs assessments and site improvements as directed
Staff Supervision
Provide training and learning experiences to the Office Services staff
Evaluate performance by setting goals and monitoring performance, as well as coach, mentor and provide on-going feedback to staff
Review and approve Office Services staff time off requests
Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports
Develop appropriate staffing levels including back-up support and cross-training
Oversee the Office Services team time entry and expense review
General Administrative Duties
Facilitate and perform various office functions, such as back up support in copy and mail centers
Respond to various questions regarding internal services functions and escalates as needed
Monitor and maintain office supply ordering process and distribution throughout the office
Support events and activities occurring onsite
Other special projects as requested
Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
Utilize your relationship building skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
A high school diploma or GED, required
Minimum of five (5) years related experienced, required; however, additional years of related general office experience is highly preferred
Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience, including assessing, coaching, and evaluating staff is strongly preferred
Proven people management skills, including strong problem-solving and dispute resolution skills
Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with frequent interruptions
Professional demeanor and ability to handle matters confidentially
Demonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office at the advanced level
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed in order to meet client needs
Job requires physical activity such as kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 15 pounds, reaching, stooping and more
