We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Vice President to oversee all manufacturing departments at our facility specializing in food production. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Quality, Shipping, Customer Service, Human Resources, Purchasing, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Accounting departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all manufacturing departments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Human Resources:
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Maintenance and Engineering:
Oversee maintenance and engineering activities to ensure equipment reliability and facility upkeep.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Accounting:
Oversee accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Work closely with the finance team to manage costs and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated success in overseeing operations of a similar size and scope.
Strong background in quality assurance, operations management, and regulatory compliance.
Skills:
