Description:
Contribute to the S/4 HANA transformation by developing and delivering training programs specific to the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Design and develop customized training materials for SAP IBP or QM/PM/MM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and transformation objectives.
Lead training sessions for end-users, super users, and technical teams, both in-person and remotely. Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability.
Develop comprehensive training documentation, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
Assess organizational training needs related to SAP IBP or QM/PM/MM modules, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Work closely with functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the training materials.
Provide post-go-live support by conducting follow-up sessions, ensuring user adoption, and assisting with troubleshooting or process adjustments.
Deliver engaging presentations to various audiences, from business leaders to technical teams, explaining complex SAP functionalities in an understandable manner.
Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP IBP or QM/PM/MM modules, incorporating best practices into training materials and approaches.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP training, specifically in SAP IBP or SAP QM/PM/MM modules.
Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA transformation projects.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, including "train the trainer" initiatives.
Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and comprehensive training materials.
Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
