Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements risk management, management/compliance programs for third party vendor initiatives with a goal to maximize the protection of the Company's financial, operational, information and reputation assets.
Essential Functions
Developing and executing due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation/control programs.
Leads cross functional team/projects relative to monitoring and measuring vendor risk metrics as well as strategic alignment opportunities including the evaluation of regulatory compliance issues.
Responsible for policies, contracts, reporting and compliance documentation as well as other general accounting duties as assigned.
Mentor less senior staff.
Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalency in business, finance, economics, information technology or related field.
Minimum Experience
Minimum four (4) years work experience in quantitative business problem solving, project management, audit, governance controls, procurement and/or risk management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in access, excel and other database/analytical tools.
Strong written, oral, interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Sourcing and Procurement and supplier risk management. Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius as employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. Position may be hybrid in Plano, TX, Collierville, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
