Our System Engineers install, configure, and maintain enterprise application software, as well as perform software installations and upgrades to application servers and layered software packages. This position will include engineering/administration of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.

Required education must meet one of the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, IT related field of study, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree (two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one year college)
International Degree equivalency
Applicable certification(s) as defined by the leader + 2 years additional experience
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or IT related field of study, + 2 years additional experience
Required Experience: preference of 2-4/+ years' experience in software package support, engineering and administration, to include knowledge of:
SharePoint, to include Lists/Libraries/Pages and Workflows
Office 365
Planning, testing and staging major upgrades
Capacity planning and performance management
Creating and maintaining documentation for assigned applications
Developing, planning and testing for supported applications
Active Directory, Kerberos, and Networking
Microsoft SQL Server
Installing and configuring software and networks
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Skills:
Windows Server administration
Troubleshooting server and desktop software
Effective oral and written communication skills
Work independently and complete tasks in the absence of clear direction
Manage several projects simultaneously
Ability to:
Measures and maintains capacity and utilization and notifies users when utilization exceeds established limits
Provide overall administration and support applications to ensure that the system's integrity and security are not compromised
Maintain SharePoint farm, Exchange environment, or other scaled-out enterprise software implementation
Methodically analyze and solve problems; analyze, develop and execute test plans
Develop process and application system documentation
Determine and implement functional requirements
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Nintex, Captiva, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Crystal Reports, StreamWeaver
Knowledge of Health Insurance business processes and requirements
