Job Description
Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers
Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers
Handle the sample flow process including the removal of shipping containers, dry ice, and coolers from the work area and receiving dock
Answer the departmental doorbell
Assist in the discard of completed samples
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Ability to work from a standing position for extended amounts of time
Ability to maneuver a cart weighing up to 75lbs
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies, logical thinking, and deductive reasoning
Sense of urgency in rush situations
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma
Authorization to work in the US indefinitelywithout sponsorship
