Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is a full-time, on-site position, requiring five days in the office at our client's location in either Chicago or Minneapolis.
As a Product Manager, you will be part of a diverse team that includes Product Managers based in Minneapolis and Chicago, Technical leadership in San Francisco and Atlanta, and an engineering and testing staff in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project, Business, Product, and Technology teams to define requirements, development, data, and process changes needed for new regulatory requirements for SMS messages.
- Lead product activities including discovery, solutioning, requirements, story writing, risk/dependency identification, development management, and deployment coordination.
- Maintain impeccable Jira hygiene for transparency and visibility of work being done.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
- Adhere to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of digital Product Management experience within an Agile or Hybrid delivery environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, intellectually curious, and a self-starter.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Mural, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Preferred Banking technology or Product experience.
