Overview
As a human resources coordinator, you’ll support the regional human resources manager and assist the employee experience team in delivering a wide array of human resources services and processes. You’ll deliver quality customer service to a diverse team of employees in a fast paced work environment. The human resources coordinator reports to the human resources manager.
Responsibilities
Interface with employees and provide comprehensive and friendly assistance aligned with company culture and core values.
Assist with the development and administration of special projects and processes including but not limited to employee recognition and company intranet maintenance.
Track and complete tasks associated with new hire onboarding, employee changes, and termination processes.
Input and adjust data in HRIS systems such as Deltek Vision, ADP, and iCIMS. • Provide backup coverage for other human resources team members.
Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
0-4 years of Human Resources experience required.
Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe software, HRIS systems.
This office job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise.
While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include constant sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions and occasional standing, moving, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over to 35 lbs.
