Job Responsibilities:
Assure a good level of knowledge spread among the Supply Chain department on Factory Flow and Continuous Improvement tools
Project Management and problem solving activities in operational area, location, human factors, environmental factors, facility and process flow
Time study knowledge (included 3M and Golden Zone knowledge)
Establish the routes and frequencies for supplying the production lines with mizu-sumashi
Supermarket implementation
Call off systems knowledge and implementation in shopfloor and warehouse (Kanban calculation)
Assure Visual Management in every logistic area (5S)
Develop guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
Develop handbook to train the operators on continuous improvement activities and standards
Good Knowledge of all SAP procedures
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial, or Logistics.
3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Logistics (preferably in both industries).
Continuous improvement and lean expertise experience
High Volume manufacturing industry experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
EH&S and Safety including understanding of the 8 waste
Logistics and Planning Knowledge
Coaching - influence without authority
Safety Management & Procedures
Effective Oral and Written Communication
Quality System Knowledge
Basic Computer Skills
