About the role:

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL’s Other Modes and Specialized Services (OMASS) department, you will be responsible for covering specialized shipments and building relationships with carriers. After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customer’s freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Locate available transportation partners to help move customers freight
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
  • Work with sales teams to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems

What you need:

  • 1+ year customer service or sales experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Hall of fame work ethic
  • Strong verbal communication skills – face-to-face and over the phone
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office, in a fast-paced open environment
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
