The Human Resources/Workforce Administration team is looking for a high-energy, organized HR Coordinator to support a high volume Human Resources Department.
The HR Coordinator uses strong organization skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate employee data and compliant records within the Mass General Brigham HR department. Working with other members of the HR Operations team, s/he provides consistent support to strengthen the infrastructure on which the HR department operates. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, exhibit a solution-oriented mindset, and display an ability to manage a broad spectrum of tasks. The HR Coordinator will report directly to the Workforce Administration Manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support for I-9, and other compliance activities
Collect and upload employee file documents into the HR employee file system.
Complete employee file requests
Provides administrative support to hospital compliance initiatives, such as the mandatory flu vaccination policy.

Qualifications
High School Diploma required; additional formal education desirable.
1-2 years experience in a Human Resources or customer service setting is preferred.
A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, consistent work-ethic, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment that requires teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to shift priorities as necessary.
Professionalism and maturity in dealing with confidential information and sensitive situations.
Ability and desire to acquire new skills, knowledge, and techniques with appropriate training and the confidence to apply learned skills with minimal supervision.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization.
Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds an levels within and external to the organization.
Problem solving and process improvement skills.
Ability to effectively conduct meetings, both formal and informal.
