Job Description:

LocaliQ is looking for a n enthusiastic client-facing Digital Presence Manager (DPM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that enhance the online visibility and brand image of agency clients . This role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management (SMM) , content management, and analytics. The Digital Presence Manager will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class customer service, detail-oriented account management, and strategic oversight of client online presence .

An effective DPM excels in building and nurturing customer relationships. Y o u possess excellent planning, leadership, and project management abilities which they will use to coordinate and advise clients, sales, peers, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Best-in-class Customer Service:

  • Skillfully onboard and manage SEO and SMM campaigns with a client-centric approach


  • Interpret and effectively convey client brand voice and business requirements to cross-functional teams for seamless execution of SEO and SMM efforts


  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations in a story format, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and enhancing their comprehension of the value derived from our efforts.


  • Proactively anticipate client needs, inquiries, and issues while advocating for their desired outcomes within our internal teams for successful implementation


Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the end-to-end process from client onboarding to campaign provisioning and performance evaluation


  • Collaborate with clients and analysts to develop content calendars aligned withclient goals


  • Efficiently manage SEO and SMM projects across clients, sales, and post-sales stages


  • Maintain proactive communication with both teams and clients to ensure flawless campaign execution


  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments as needed


  • Skillfully navigate multiple organizational and third-party systems.


Digital Strategy Development& Performance Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital presence strategies congruent with client branding and marketing objectives


  • Identify target audiences and tailor digital efforts to effectively engage and resonate with them


  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital presence efforts


  • Deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage insights to refine strategies (e.g., keyword/search queries, top landing pages, geographical performance).


  • Search Engine Optimization Management:


    • Supervise the creation of diverse content types, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics


    • Ensure content is high-quality, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO).


    • Collaborate with the website team or client developers to implement SEO strategies and content.


    • Engage internal teams or external agencies to produce compelling visual and multimedia content


    • Troubleshoot performance declines with SEO analysts


    • Manage listings and directory management in partnership with directory listings manager


    Social Media Management:

    • Collaborate with a social media analyst to oversee social media platforms, encompassing content creation, scheduling, and engagement


    • Formulate and curate a captivating content strategy aligned with the company's voice, values, and objectives


    • Monitor social media trends, user feedback, and industry developments to adapt strategies as needed


    • Manage media spend for boosted posts to amplify engagement


  • Other Duties as Assigned


    • Undertake other duties as assigned


    Key Skills / Proficiency :

    • Proficient in analytics and presentation skills, with the ability to translate intricate data into actionable recommendations


    • Excellent grasp of marketing concepts, value, and best practices for owned and earned media, particularly in SEO and Social Media Management


    • Mastery of essential technologies and systems for managing digital marketing campaigns


    • Fundamental understanding of user-friendly website navigation, including key areas impacting SEO performance and online visibility


    • Ability to communicate diverse marketing strategies and tactics to clients in an understandable and trustworthy manner


    • Superior customer service skills, including the ability to build long-term relationships, present innovative ideas, and assist with client upsells


    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various levels across companies and departments with highly skilled specialists


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as work remotely


    • Demonstrated aptitude in project management, organization, and time management


    • Agility in staying updated on the latest industry trends and confidently articulating them


    • Ability to easily adapt to change in a quick-moving industry


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills


    About You/Qualifications:

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English preferred


    • Hold 2-5 years or more of relevant experience as an account manager or in a related digital marketing role. Prior experience with SEO and social media marketing clients is highly preferred


    • Exhibit B2B marketing experience, with a focus on small-to-medium (SMB) and/or local businesses

    The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $60,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
