Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Manager to join their team. In this role, the Communications Manager will support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, with a particular focus on the integration of our recent acquisition. They will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication plans related to the acquisition integration


• Develop and distribute content across various channels, with a focus on integration updates


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding during the integration process


• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of integration-related campaigns and strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of experience in communications, or a related role


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational and project management abilities


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the technology industry


• Experience with communications during mergers and acquisitions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
