Manages prospect communication, engage students via phone, email, and chat.
Responsible for managing and updating electronic prospective student database and supporting the processing of application documents as needed.
Collects, compiles, and organizes data pertinent to various on-going studies. Analyzes, summarizes, and communicates this information to appropriate officials.
Assists in the preparation of final reports, recommendations, and other information resources for the improvements of business processes and office workflow.
Updates data in PeopleSoft to include decisions, checklist, education, and residency.
Update applicant records with external data.
Manages flow of documents to and from the office, including opening internal/external mail, requisitions, and other critical business documents.
Supports the Enrollment Services team with administrative duties including answering emails, walk-in traffic to service windows, and other front office duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience
Minimum two (2) years of administrative staff work required.
Additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work may be substituted for the education or experience requirement.
