The Logistics and Process Liaison will function as a project manager/data steward for GCI. Responsibilities include support of data management/transfer activities, monitoring completion of documentation and coordinating interactions with facilities, equipment, digital, and other GCI support.
Main Responsibilities
Data Steward: (20%)
Provide data management support
Development of KPI tools /dashboards
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain relevant databases
FELS /Digital Interface: (20%)
Track digital and equipment needs across GCI in real-time.
Collaborate with facilities, equipment management, and digital teams to streamline logistics processes.
Track facility work orders and ensure effective communication.
Serve as a point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and escalations.
Regulatory/Quality: (20%)
Monitor completion of documentation including clinical assay investigations and PM's
Adherence to all applicable quality, corporate, safety, and regulatory requirements
KPI Monitoring: (20%)
Track and analyze logistics related KPIs, on time releases, quality indicators, and budget.
Identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
Process Optimization: (20%)
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in logistics workflows.
Propose process improvements and implement best practices

To support GCI driving continuous improvement facilitating GCIs ability to meet key departmental milestones.
About You
Requirements
Education/experience
Specialized degree in biological sciences from an accredited University
Minimum of:
B.Sc. + 3yr experience
M.Sc. + 1yr experience.
