(Contingent upon available funding): 43,000.00 - 68,100.00, Salary Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends as needed. Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Makes practical application of technical accounting practices and concepts beyond routine application of detailed rules and instructions by management, input, audit & analysis of day-to-day financial needs of the Ranchers Club Restaurant, Ranchers Club Catering & The Atherton Hotel. Verify and manage all cash and credit card deposits. Provides financial reports as needed which includes but are not limited to reporting to State and Federal entities. Assumes responsibility for the organization and management of all financial records for the departments. Provides management and assistance for purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and personnel functions. Assist Managers as needed. Provides monthly profit and loss reporting of Hotel, Ranchers Club, and State Room functions. Special Instructions to Applicants Please attach a resume. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
A minimum of two years of related experience.
*Working knowledge Excel and Microsoft Office software *General knowledge of the restaurant Point of Sales system, the Hotel Property Mgmt. System and QuickBooks. *Ability to interact with faculty, staff, students, and customers while exhibiting a service quality attitude in a professional manner. *Must be able to multi-task while withstanding the demands of an active position in a busy, fast-paced office environment. *Ability to handle, comprehend, analyze, and solve potential problems or situations in an expedient and effective manner. *Demonstrated analytical skills.
