Job Description:
POSITION: Part-Time SOAR AfterDark Health Science Tutor: SOAR Student Life; Haverhill (100 Elliott Street) and Lawrence Campus; (45 Franklin St); up to 15 hours/week
SUMMARY: The SOAR AfterDark Health Science Tutor will offer high-quality tutoring services to SOAR students taking NECC Health Science courses, one on one and/or in group settings to support their learning at the college. The SOAR Health Science Tutor will help provide mentorship and academic tutoring support. The ideal candidate will have experience with upper-level Health Science courses, be a recent graduate or working on an associate's degree in a Health Sciences field. Duties may be carried out in-person, at one or more of NECC's locations, or virtually and may include day, evening, or weekend hours.
SCHEDULE: Current Schedule is Monday - Wednesday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
