We are looking for a talented Sr. Agile Coach to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to 3-4 Agile teams, guiding them in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Scrum-ban) and fostering self-organization, collaboration, and leadership.
Leading Change: Lead and support organizational change by coaching individuals, frontline managers, and leadership in agile transformation and continuous improvement.
Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics, establish tracking systems, and measure progress to drive agile performance and outcomes.
Training & Development: Create and deliver tailored Agile training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences for teams and roles.
Strategic Support: Assist in updating the transformation roadmap with a focus on lean-agile principles.
Agile Advocacy: Promote agile best practices, advocate for continuous improvement, and ensure agile principles are embedded across the organization.
Leadership Alignment: Work with leadership and teams to define vision, goals, and objectives, aligning agile efforts with strategic priorities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: 5-8+ years in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Product Management, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), tools, and methodologies, with experience in coaching teams at various levels.
Change Leadership: Proven experience in leading change, coaching and mentoring individuals and frontline managers through agile transformations.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Continuous Learning: Active involvement in the agile community and commitment to staying current on agile practices.
Compensation up to $92/hr

Compensation and Benefits:
At Slalom, we are committed to supporting our team members both professionally and personally. For this role, the pay range is $50/hour to $55/hour, with actual compensation depending on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted periodically.
