Required Skills, Education, and Experience
• Associate degree and 1 to 5+ years of lab experience (preferred but not required)
• Bachelor's degree and 1 to 5+ years of lab experience (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and work within a clinical laboratory team, including creative problem-solving and flexibility to meet rapid growth.
• IT and LIS (laboratory information systems) experience and general comfort level with computer systems, technology, and equipment interfaces.
• Able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures, and have a working knowledge of LIS procedures.
• Team leadership, friendly, and loves a challenge.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced STAT environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work within Windows and Laboratory Information System environment
• Must be available for evenings as needed and rotating weekends.
• Team leadership, friendly, and loves a challenge.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced STAT environment.
• Experience in the veterinary field is strongly preferred, but not required. Other experience considered as applicable.
Physical and Time requirements:
• Able to sit and stand for long periods
• Able to lift to 50lbs
• Flexible hours and overtime may be required
• SHIFT TIMES: Tues-Saturday 4:30 pm to 1:00 am

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in [ California] Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range: $46,000- $52,000
