I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service position for a Manufacturing/Distribution Company. Their business is growing and need additional support in this department.
This is a full time Permanent Opportunity
$24-26 Hourly Depending on Experience
Monday through Friday
8-5, onsite
Responsibilities
Enter and fulfill customer orders providing cost effective transportation and on time delivery
Negotiate and process customer RMAs, and other order issues including production schedule or carrier issues.
Utilize customer and carrier electronic portals and systems.
Oversee the care and execution of contracts, manage blanket purchase orders, confirm POD or delivery times.
Negotiate and maintain best available freight rates for all lanes with incumbent brokers and alternatives.
Maintain weekly operations and monthly reports.
Skills Desired
Bachelors Degree
2-3 years experience in Customer Service and Logistics or related field
Proficiency in ERP system
