Responsibilities & Requirements
Provide administrative and legal support to a Trust & Estates attorney
Experienced in drafting, editing and proofreading legal documents
Heavy calendar management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple caseloads
Manage and organizing client files and documents with accuracy making sure they are up to date
Clear communication with clients, court system and office staff
Ensures that all legal information is handled with confidentiality
3-5 years experience in Trust & Estates
Familiarity with iManage, Interactive Legal & Estate Works a plus
Knowledge CT Trust & Estates laws. Familiarity with Mass. laws a plus
Must be willing to take initiative with strong written and verbal communication skills
