Job Description:
Construction Material Manufacturing Company has a temporary need for an Accounting Admin Clerk. Business casual office environment. Position reports to the Director.
Duties:
- Assist in managing construction lien process
- Assist with filing and administration of construction preliminary notices
- Assist with filing and administration of construction lien releases
- Assist with light collections and customer service.
- Degree in accounting, finance or economics - preferred but not required
- If not degree, 1-2 years of similar experience
- Proficient with Word and Excel skills
- Data entry skills
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent follow up skills
