Job Description:

• Assess existing assets to verify accuracy, relevancy, and readiness for transfer.


• Assist with the naming, tagging, and categorizing of content to ensure logical, user-friendly organization in Highspot.


• Place content into designated "Spots" within Highspot, ensuring that each piece is easily accessible and aligned with our team's needs.


• Identify and address any inconsistencies or gaps in content, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the highest standards.


• Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project milestones and deliverables.
