Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable for suppliers, ensuring all documentation and approvals meet audit standards.
Accurately code and process invoices, ensuring timely payments.
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Research and reconcile vendor discrepancies, providing detailed reports for management.
Collaborate closely with purchasing, marketing, and management teams.
Maintain vendor files and support various AP projects.
What You Bring
2-3 years of AP experience, including general ledger entries.
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
Familiarity with accounting systems (Great Plains and DocLink experience is a plus).
Strong math and computer skills, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of American Sign Language and Deaf Culture is a bonus.
