Job Duties/Description:
* Present and sell restoration services to current clients and potential clients
* Follow up on new leads and referrals
* Identify and network with new sales prospects.
* Identify and resolve client concerns
* Attend marketing events
* Develop and maintain current knowledge industry trends
Requirements:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience, business development
* Industry selling experience to one of the following: medical / healthcare, education, or multi-family homes
* Must be a HUNTER
* Previous experience with a CRM software
* Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Willingness for significant local travel and working a flexible work schedule - Covering MN, SD, ND, IA, WI
Additional Info:
* Pay range: 60,000 to 70,000 base + uncapped commission
* Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
* Location: Hybrid flexibility - when not traveling, you have the option to work in the office OR work from home!
