Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Project Controls Clerk

Location: Nashville, TN
Project Controls Clerk - Engineering/Construction
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities.
Transfer data and files from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Touch typing speed of minimum 50 WPM
Good Customer Service Skills
Good English both oral and written
Accuracy with numbers, dates, alphanumeric and text entries
Good attention to details
Good recordkeeping and organizing skills
Basic Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint and Word skills. Ability to create charts/graphs/presentations and data tabulations
Print, Sort, Bind and Distribute Reports and Books
Good Working knowledge of office equipment and computer peripheral devices
High school degree or equivalent
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $21/HR W2 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
