Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Construction Superintendent.

As a
Construction Superintendent
, your responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for overall project success including but not limited to day-to-day field operations, safety, schedule, and quality
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
• Investigate, document, and resolve day-to-day field issues
• Complete accurate job and progress reports and other job-related project documentation
• Develop schedules and determine sequencing of work, identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule
• Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress and performance.
• Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors
• Lead weekly project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors
• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the project
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years Construction Superintendent experience.
• Work with and knowledge of multiple construction trades
• Proficiently work with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Have driver's license and own transportation
• Work all shifts and days
• Have a mobile phone
Top Skills:
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) project experience.
• If they have a history of having worked in PA schools in the past, that would be ideal.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40-45 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
