RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manages, accounts for, audits, corrects and reconciles transactions, ARC and non-ARC, for weekly reporting including sales, refunds, voids, exchanges, recall commissions, and debit memos.
Processes weekly ARC reports through Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR)
Monitors and maintains interface messages and host printers including, but not limited to, Worldspan, Apollo, Sabre and OneLedger
Reports system issues to manager and follows up through resolution
Researches, edits and performs transaction maintenance to resolve and document action taken
Audits commission on domestic airline tickets for revenue recovery
Completes quality assurance auditing on exchanges to include fare rules, calculations, vendor and ARC compliance, and IAR
Interfaces with Operations and Accounting as needed to resolve issues
Processes domestic refunds
Handles assigned tasks and inquiries in the department email box and sees through to timely resolution
Processes correspondence to airlines for customer support such as refunds, frequent flyer credit or similar
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE: One year accounting, collections, customer service or similar work experience
TECHNICAL: Working knowledge of GDS such as Worldspan, Apollo and Sabre a plus
COMPUTER: Strong computer skills required, including ability to use standard office applications such as email, internet, word processing and spreadsheets
MATH ABILITY: Strong math skills including ability to perform calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
DETAIL AND ANALYSIS: Detail oriented with ability to focus on numbers-driven work for extended periods, and to analyze data and identify discrepancies
