Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues, and promoting awareness of mental health and other resources, leave administration, and workers' compensation.Coaching and Support: Provide coaching to employees facing life challenges that may impact their performance, leveraging experience in organizational management to facilitate positive outcomes.Program Management: Assist with the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.Collaboration: Work closely with mental health providers, EAP vendors, and community organizations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of services available to employees.Program Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of mental health programs and leave administration initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements based on organizational and employee needs and feedback.Compliance: Ensure that all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA, ADA, CO FAMLI, FMLA, and COBRA, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and implementing necessary adjustments.Data Analysis: Analyze benefits usage and costs to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and program efficiency.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about best practices in mental health benefits, leave administration, and workers' compensation, attending relevant training and workshops to learn about industry trends and best practices and influence recommendations for enhancements to benefits offerings.Communication: Participate in the development and delivery of employee communications related to benefits programs, including open enrollment materials and informational sessions.Training: Provide training to HR staff and managers on benefits policies, practices, and other thematic topics relevant to their role.
