Key Responsibilities: Assist in tracking and managing shipments, ensuring pick-up and delivery on time.Learn account management skills to provide the best customer support possible.Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to resolve logistics issues.Analyze transportation costs and help identify cost-saving opportunities.Support the coordination of inbound and outbound freight and logistics activities.Learn and use the transportation management systems (TMS).Import industry leads for our sales teams to utilize for prospective calling.Assist in creating and updating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shipping dates, delivery accuracy, and shipment countsCommunicate with customers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.Perform administrative tasks related to logistics such as documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.Strong interest in logistics, transportation, sales and supply chain operations.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.We're an equal opportunity employer.
