As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team at this beautiful property!

This Forbes 5-Star , AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes an elevate d Mediterranean restaurant , a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.


  • Classification: Full-Time


  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Generalist, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in the overall administration of the Human Resources function to deliver an excellent guest experience and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Daily Human Resources operation to include, but not limited to, onboarding new team members, employment and recruiting, training and development, team member and labor relations, workers compensation, safety, payroll, statutory compliance, recognition and reward.
  • Assist inteam member relations programs, activities and initiatives to include, but not limited to, picnics, holiday functions, health fairs, award banquets and special events
  • Oversee function of the data management system to include, but not limited to, entry of team member data, recording employment transitions (i.e. hire, separation, leaves of absence, etc.), generating reports (i.e. payroll analysis, labor turnover, etc.) and processing unemployment claims
  • Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and regulations

Pay Rate: The hourly range is $28.00-$32.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
