OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in-house lab development and demos, and one or more federal contracts. The ServiceNow CTA will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. iTech AG is looking for a developer with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission and iTech AG by modernizing and automating various customer processes. Additionally, support growth through business capture, customer demos, and proposal activities including orals as a subject matter expert, technologist, and proposal content creator with a focus on ServiceNow and IT modernization solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes.
Translate prototypes into high-quality, well-written responses and demos throughout business development, capture, and proposal lifecycles.
Utilize methodologies guided by industry best practices like ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI and leverage technologies like cloud, DevOps, and AI.
Absorbs and responds to critique, including curiosity and acceptance for unique perspectives, with the ability to combine them and make a product better.
Sense of urgency and critical thinking at a demanding pace where high-quality, winning proposals and capture meetings are the expectation.
Collaborates with a broad range of talented people (e.g., executives, technologists, specialists, graphics, and writers) to achieve a common solution.
Applies critical thinking across an opportunity lifecycle – reading an RFP, understanding customer needs, conceptualizing response while clarifying past performance, personnel, and differentiators.
The capacity to take loosely-formed ideas and inputs and craft them into crisp, persuasive arguments, conceptualized graphics, and convey key processes, relationships, benefits, and features.
The proven ability to write, review, and craft proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows, disciplines, modules, or requirements.
Provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise for various projects and clients as well as internal presales and demos.
Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture
Support technical deliverables including architecture and design documents
Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing transformative solutions

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as an Architect
7+ years’ experience in the IT industry with 4+ years’ experience in the ServiceNow platform
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
A working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR, contracting vehicles, and the nuances is preferred.
Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications
Expert-level working or developing experience with JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS plus Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.) Single Sign-On using various authentication methods (token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0
Strong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level, and the ability to adjust to the audience appropriately.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience building and managing ServiceNow IT solutions with SPM, HRSD, and/or CSM/PSDS.
Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations for Security, Rick, and Compliance
Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation, custom development, infrastructure management, and hosting; financial institution information technology security; and complying with Federal Government related rules and regulations, and industry standards
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or a combination of the following prerequisite certifications combined: CSA, CAD, and two (2) CIS. CIS in SPM and HRSD preferred.
Certified Enterprise Architect preferred
