Walmart Cross Border is seeking an experienced Manager to own Onboarding Operations for our fast-paced, cross-border operation. The responsibility of this leader will encompass all aspects of Onboarding Operations, ranging from day-to-day operations, driving process excellence, and managing future planning. The primary objective is to provide exemplary service to our sellers as the first step they encounter when onboarding onto our program. Your goal is to ensure they have a seamless onboarding experience, free from any frustrations, and can swiftly begin transacting with our program . You will leverage your operations, program management, and people management experience to identify business areas of opportunity and work to streamline procedures.
