The primary function of this role is to provide overall program management for the Sonitrol business. This includes organizing and supporting functions such as customer service, territory expansion, national account program and scheduled reporting to a base of franchises and corporate owned branches. This is a customer facing role that requires some knowledge of Video Management Systems, Electronic Access Control Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems. The role will be based at Sonitrol's Headquarters in Fishers, IN.
Attention to detail and customer relations skills are key to success in this role, and essential in the Company's growth strategy. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously are a pre-requisite for success in this role.
Sonitrol is a dynamic company and offers a highly challenging, yet interesting work environment. This position will be expected to engage with the Sales, Technical, Marketing and Finance teams, sharing and working with them to achieve the highest level of success and customer satisfaction.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain and working knowledge of Sonitrol products.
Work with Sonitrol franchises and corporate owned branches to quickly answer questions and resolve concerns
Provide a sense of urgency with resolving franchise related questions and concerns
Work effectively with the Sonitrol sales, marketing technical and finance teams on projects, reporting and growth initiatives.
Maintain scheduled rhythms of reporting, communications and data entry
Other tasks as assigned by management.
DUTIES:
Customer service and problem resolutions to franchise and corporate owned locations
Provide National Account quote reviews and approvals
Deliver scheduled reporting for royalties, warranty program, billing, scorecards and others as assigned
Maintain and update various customer portals and documentation
Assist with coordination for tradeshow and events
Project management for new initiatives
Billing research for franchises when in dispute
Deliver customer training on product and solutions as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree or higher in Business Management or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer service and/or sales
Technical acumen and security industry experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Robust experience with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work across functions such as sales, marketing, finance and technical
Ability to work independently and proactively
EDUCATION:
Associates degree or higher in Business Management or equivalent experience.

customers, etc. Has access to information that is considered confidential; product forecast, product cost, product development schedules, financial information, employee related information, etc.
