As a Electrical Preconstruction Key Account Manager you will
Seek out and target Design Build and Design Assist workManage lead generation, client strategy, and top target projectsChoose targeted projects that align with company goals and client strategyGet Weifield on preferred bid lists and lead all client RFPs and RFQsAdd value to clients by providing a project win strategy to the estimating teamManage estimates and estimators on the teamLead relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and EngineersDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring
In addition to holding yourself to high standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
Have a journeymans license or equivalent electrical engineering, field experience, or a construction management degreeExcellent time management and project tasking skillsPossess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with high attention to detailHigh proficiency in Accubid and MS OfficePossess excellent written and oral communication and editing skillsBe highly curious, self-motivated, and flexible
