Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager with Egg processing experience.
*Must be bilingual in Spanish.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of processing of raw material to a finished product to support daily production plans. This role is the point person for production, quality, inventory, and sanitation activities and personnel.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in manufacturing or food processing industry, including 5 years in management, with a demonstrated track to record of accomplishments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, SOP, EEO, OSHA, USDA, and other applicable laws and standards.
