Location: Vienna, GA
Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a REFRIGERATION SUPERVISOR in Georgia.
As a Refrigeration Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our client's Food Manufacturing facility.
You will Lead and manage a team of refrigeration and facilities technicians. Oversee PSM and RMP programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills. Maintain and update SOPs, P&IDs, and PMs for the refrigeration system. Inspect and maintain hazardous materials equipment. Manage and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems. Ensure compliance with GMP standards and optimize plant processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issues. Develop and manage standard operating procedures and schedules
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS degree preferred)
- RETA (CARO and/or CIRO) GCAP trained
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, refrigeration maintenance, and supervision
- Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems
- Strong understanding of FDA, OSHA, and environmental food manufacturing standards
- Proven experience in PSM programs
