We are looking to expand our team with an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). Candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina with previous experience in a leadership role in a long-term care setting.

The Assistant Director of Nursing must lead by example in a kind, positive, encouraging and professional manner, and monitors the activities of nursing staff ensuring quality care that complies with all laws, regulations and company policies.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  


• Current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina (Required)
  


• Experience in a fast-paced, high admissions healthcare facility is preferred


• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage donors effectively


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
