Previous experience in data entry and administrative roles.
Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities:
Perform receptionist duties to include answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
Accepting and processing deliveries of mail, Federal Express and UPS.
Preparation of office inventories; maintaining accurate files; maintain and prepare reports, spreadsheets and other records as required on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Maintaining training files and records; schedule employee trainings; etc .
Pre-requisites:
Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
Be able to lift up to 70lbs on a regular basis.
Must be a local (in-state) resident.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully pass pre-employment screening and background check.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Must complete SIDA training to obtain an airport authority identification security badge.
Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
