The NextGen Finance initiative helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to support our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance service line. Reporting to the Associate Director, ISC E2E Process Transformation, ISC Finance Transformation Lead will be responsible for designing and maintaining end-to-end ISC Finance processes for an optimal user experience.
This Transformation Lead is responsible for acting as a catalyst for change, embracing and sorting out ambiguity, and driving successful execution of innovative reporting and projects. This role provides the opportunity to learn about and influence ISC Finance at a global level, business partner across a wide variety of cross-functional teams and flex finance knowledge when implementing new processes. Success in this role includes leaving your own personal mark on how ISC Finance functions in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership :
Be part of the team to define and maintain end-to-end global process standards for ISC Finance including developing governance frameworks to ensure consistency in process execution across regions.
Regularly review and update processes to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with other NextGen Finance groups, regional finance teams, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless end-to-end financial operations.
Stakeholder Management:
Define and monitor KPIs related to ISC Finance performance.
Act as a point of contact for process-related issues, providing leadership in resolving complex problems.
Provide leadership in change management efforts when introducing new or updated finance processes.
Manage multiple, parallel priorities, and skillfully navigate through changing environments.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
Lead global projects aimed at transforming and optimizing financial processes across the NextGen Finance ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
Partner with Finance teams and other stakeholders to implement automation and digital tools (e.g., RPA, AI) to streamline finance processes.
Develop training materials and programs to ensure all finance staff are proficient in the global processes.
Act as a champion for process excellence across the organization, driving engagement and compliance.
Work with internal audit, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure that finance processes adhere to all relevant policies and regulations.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
B.S. degree required with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred
8+ years of relevant FP&A, accounting, business partnering and process optimization experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Self-driven and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement
Knowledge of SAP and/or JDE and manufacturing standard costing is beneficial
Strong proficiency with Excel, as well as proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools (PBI, PPT, etc.)
