We at at Velociti Services are seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse equipment, assisting with shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized. This role requires a strong background in equipment repair and warehouse operations and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair warehouse machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize operational disruptions.

• Support shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and loading shipments, inspecting goods, and verifying inventory accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by performing regular cleanup tasks.

• Assist in inventory management by tracking, organizing, and storing materials appropriately.

• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with Office staff and management to optimize operations and workflow.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment.

• Hands-on experience with equipment repair and maintenance.

• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical or technical training related to equipment repair.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with physical demands, including standing, bending, and lifting.

• Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures is mandatory.
