Job Description:

Support project managers with information research and plan set take offs.

Analyze and interpret construction plan sets and specifications

Compile necessary Project Documentation to include submittals, apprentice reporting and warranties.

Review project's billable quantities, and costs for data entry and or discrepancies.

Provide computer technical support for various programs such as Outlook, Bluebeam and Excel.

Travel to various Branch locations to support Branch functions such as taking inventory, organizing work orders, visiting potential work sites for the purpose of gathering measurements, taking notes and pictures to be used in developing job bid estimates.
