This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of these U.S. states: WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, CO, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, MA, MD, VA, NC, GA, FL (some restrictions within WA and CA).
Position Highlights:
$97,000-$133,000 yearly salary DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You’ll Do:
Create project feasibility studies and quick-size documents.
Define project scope and deliverables and prepare project cost estimates.
Develop project plans that outline strategy, goals, staffing, and timelines. Identifies possible risks and creates contingency plans in order to meet project deadlines and goals.
Create a project schedule and manage project milestones and timelines.
Plan, design, and coordinate project activities ensuring effective and efficient operations to accomplish a final deliverable.
Establish project teams and manage them to accomplish project tasks.
Lead meetings on a regular basis to provide overall direction and guidance to project team members and ensure priorities are clear, quality standards and processes are adhered to, and work is delivered cost-effectively.
Ensure that customer requirements are met on time and on budget.
Identify, analyze, and manage potential and actual issues and risks.
Create and manage project workflow and assign project tasks. Create, monitor, and make work plans that include milestones, tasks, and assignments.
Provide technical and application expertise on a project basis. Coordinates efforts with various project teams, ensuring security control techniques are incorporated
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, Computer Systems, or Information Technology (IT) Management. Associate Degree and two years relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree. High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: Six years' experience in an IT environment, of which three years focused on technical and security infrastructure protection and multi-platform computing. Experience managing projects and leading project teams is required
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Solid understanding of application configuration, build, and quality assurance methodology concepts.
Solid understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system concepts.
Solid understanding of networks, PCs, operating systems, protocols, security 'firewall' gateways, and security-related concepts.
Strong knowledge of the creation and use of Gantt Charts.
Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
Strong skills in utilizing project management software tools.
Effective project management capability throughout the project lifecycle of planning, organizing, managing, and finalizing outcomes.
Ability to analyze complex data and able to communicate observations in a simplified manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize work, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, and complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skills in problem-solving and sound judgment.
Proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
