RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in San Antonio, TX.

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Guidewire QA Manager to join our team. This role will require a dynamic individual with extensive expertise in Guidewire Testing within the Property Line of Business (LOB), test automation, and test management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and driving quality assurance strategies, implementing cutting-edge testing frameworks, and leading a skilled team to deliver exceptional results aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Management & Leadership:

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and frameworks


• Provide leadership reporting and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards


• Manage and mentor a team to ensure successful project delivery and risk mitigation

Quality Engineering & Automation:

• Design and implement advanced test automation strategies


• Leverage tools such as GTUI, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Python, and QTest to ensure quality


• Integrate continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines

Client Engagement:

• Participate in client discussions, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions


• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during RFIs, RFPs, and proactive bids

Technology Oversight:

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies


• Drive the adoption of innovative testing solutions to meet evolving client needs

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure alignment of processes and deliverables with strategic priorities


• Lead initiatives to achieve cost efficiency and secure financial results

REQUIREMENTS:

• Guidewire Testing (Property LOB): 5+ years of experience


• Quality Engineering & Test Automation: 7+ years of experience with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Python, GTUI, and GTAPI


• Test Management: 10+ years of experience in developing strategies, reporting, and managing delivery

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
