RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Maimi, FL.

Summary:
A mobile Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and launch of mobile applications, focusing on defining user needs, prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing), and ensuring the product delivers a seamless user experience across different mobile platforms while aligning with overall business goals and market trends; essentially acting as the primary advocate for the mobile product throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:


  • Define the product vision and roadmap for mobile applications, considering user needs, market trends, and business objectives

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success

User Research and Feedback:

  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user pain points and needs

  • Analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and prioritize features

  • Gather feedback from users and incorporate it into the product roadmap

Feature Prioritization and Development:

  • Prioritize features based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility

  • Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) to define feature specifications clearly

  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth product development

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals, including design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support

  • Communicate product strategy and updates to key stakeholders effectively

  • Manage expectations and address concerns from different teams

Launch and Post-Launch Optimization:

  • Oversee the launch process, including app store optimization (ASO) and marketing strategies







REQUIREMENTS:



  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years and a Master's degree

  • 3-5 years of product management experience; at least 2 years mobile-specific

  • Solid understanding of mobile platform differences, advantages, and platform-specific hardware and software limitations of the mobile ecosystem

  • Strong knowledge of mobile application development and release cycles, including implementing new features and sunsetting old features for deprecated devices

  • Familiarity with using mobile analytics tools Firebase, and Amplitude to drive data-informed decisions

  • Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories as a product owner

  • Familiarity with app store submission processes, guidelines, and review criteria for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store

  • Awareness of privacy regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) relevant to mobile apps

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

  • Ability to work across multiple functions spanning various levels of the organization

  • Strong project execution skills, attention to detail and quality, and a risk-mitigation mentality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex product issues while considering user needs and technical constraints

  • Project Management: Experience in managing product development timelines and delivering features on schedule






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
