Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Redmond, WA.

Duties:

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program


• Project/Program Manager will oversee all aspects of projects/program


• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program


• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program


• Performs a variety of tasks; Leads and directs the work of others


• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area


• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals


• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures


• Familiar with Development, NPI, and transition into mass production processes and product life cycle management


• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected


• Program manager skills


• Data analytic, worked on hardware software, testing and integration tools


• Works effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, able to track and drive action items to closure with program required timeline


• Proficient in program management tools including MS Project, Smartsheet


• Experience with dashboard tools, data analytics, automation highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
