Bachelor's degree in an engineering field of study, Continuous Improvement, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Supply Chain Management
Three years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint development
Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies such as HBS Lean principles or Six Sigma
Proficiency in IT processes, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power Platform
Advanced excel spreadsheet creation, macros and other related data analytical skills

As a continuous improvement systems specialist you will report to the VP of Continuous Improvement, and you will support and accelerate the ongoing digitization and standardization of the Business Unit (BU) Continuous Improvement (CI) Systems and other BU wide systems utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, support and maintain new and existing BU CI systems including the following:
LESA(CI)
JET(CI)
KLAIR (BOG)
REX (CI)
OEE (CI)
Partner with other departments to create new digital systems that advance their digitalization journey such as SPARK, STARS, Engineering and Technical Career Path Mapping, Global, R&R Application, and Training and Advancement Applications
Support the location Boots on the Ground (BOG) teams with new and enhanced Power BI reporting with additional intelligence and advanced analytics on Scrap, Throughput and other targeted cost saving metrics
Develop advanced Power BI tools and reports for CI developed SharePoint applications
Participate in kaizen, problem solving, and rapid improvement process events as necessary to drive operational improvements
Perform data analytics to develop actionable information to drive improvements
