A bachelor's degree in a related field
Three years of experience working in IT support or business intelligence, with a strong focus on SQL development and reporting tools
Extensive experience with BI Launchpad
Strong experience with Crystal Report development, including creating complex reports with parameters, sub-reports and formulas
Must be able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
PC skills in a Windows environment / Microsoft Office skill

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting our Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting systems, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating them into actionable technical specifications. The contributions will directly support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the Minnesota Operations. This position will help with IFS support and provide backup support regarding technical issues for plant end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the information resource for report writing using Business Intelligence (BI) Launchpad,
Use SQL queries to extract, manipulate and report data from relational databases,
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Business Intelligence relational databases and reporting tools, including SQL, Crystal Reports and BI Launchpad
Monitor and optimize report performance and ensure the integrity of data being used for reporting.
Understand the operating imperatives of the plant and is knowledgeable of MRP II and ERP systems.
Help to provides training and support to users on IFS.
Ability to translate business requirements into
Provides support for application enhancements to existing computer systems.
Provide backup technical support for windows applications and computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, kiosks and other plant technology.
