The Equity Plan Manager is responsible for evaluating legislative developments and ensuring compliance of our equity program across the globe. This role will also assist with executive compensation matters as we continue to evolve or incentive programs.
This position is part of the Executive Compensation team and will be located onsite in Washington, DC.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Evaluate legislative developments and determine impacts to administration. Ensure compliance of local reporting requirements for China SAFE, UK sub plan, and other US and non-US special handling.
Assist in executive compensation related initiatives such as executive surveys, executive job leveling, and creation of the annual proxy charts.
Serve as back-up and peer review to stock plan administrator for all participant equity plan transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Review new grant set up, distributions/exercises and cancellations for restricted stock units, along with stock options and performance share units. Review and approve vesting details prior to distributions for annual and quarterly grants in coordination with finance and the Fidelity team.
Serve as primary contact for Fidelity relationship management and project teams.
Design equity training material for participants and partner with Fidelity to leverage education resources.
Assess requirements for product IDs, grant load file, and communications details for new grants annually and quarterly.
Partner with finance and payroll to review FICA collection due for retirement eligible participants. Review FICA suppression of tranches for update in Fidelity.
Act as equity administration resource to compensation leaders and human resources team. Respond to participant inquiries and ad hoc requests.
Lead special projects for global equity compliance and corporate actions as needed including acquisitions and divestitures.
Cross train team members, audit files for grants, distributions and FICA.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA/BS in related field; an MBA or other relevant master level degree is preferred.
Certified Equity Professional designation preferred.
7+ years of experience in equity plan administration, preferably in a large global company.
Work effectively in a lean, decentralized, complex, and fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and sense of urgency.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and online equity record keeping system (Fidelity).
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Aptitude for balancing multiple priorities with strong organization and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
