Position Summary:
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry within the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science (COS) at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL invites applications for an Instructor in Organic Chemistry .
Teaching Responsibilities - Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate laboratory and lecture courses in organic chemistry and general chemistry. The candidate should show clear promise of excellent instructional capacity. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to understand learning differences among students and be able to foster and create educational opportunities where all students can thrive.
Service Responsibilities - Candidates will be expected to serve on Departmental, College and University committees.
